Guys and gals got together today for a nice team workout at Jay’s again. As usual, a good long run to warm up the muscles followed by an intense erg’ing session. Nothing much special today. Business as usual!

We are the Metro Athletic Dragons. Our club is based in New York City and we have been around since 1997, competing in dragon boating regattas nationally and internationally. M.A.D. is all about enjoying ourselves through the thrill of racing dragon boats and hanging out with a diverse community of paddlers and friends.
