We are the Metro Athletic Dragons. Our club is based in New York City and we have been around since 1997, competing in dragon boating regattas nationally and internationally. M.A.D. is all about enjoying ourselves through the thrill of racing dragon boats and hanging out with a diverse community of paddlers and friends.
Words can’t describe how much I love Vita Coco! I chug that stuff whenever I’m at the gym because it has more electrolytes than Gatorade and tastes a whole lot better too. My favorite is the pineapple flavor…what about you guys?
I absolutely love Vita Coco! It tastes great and comes in a lot of different flavors (pineapple is incredible and tastes like a pina colada). I recommend Vita Coco to everyone- it’s very healthy and has a load of potassium!
